A lactating woman has heightened nutritional needs as her body works to nourish both herself and her baby. But when maternal intakes of a vitamin are chronically low, the levels of that vitamin in breast milk may also be low. Continued use of nutrient-rich foods and plants may help to replenish reserves of nutrients that were lost during pregnancy and lactation.
That's where Milkapalooza and Pump Princess can help.
The highly nutritious plants in Milkapalooza like moringa and nettle are beneficial because they're packed with vitamins and minerals that can enrich the overall quality of breast milk.
Pump Princess is also an amazing source of fat and protein. It's rich in essential fatty acids that can influence the fatty acid composition of breast milk.
This is a fantastic combination for mothers in the NICU or those that need to exclusively pump early on.
Suggested Use: Try one product at a time for at least 7-10 days. You should see a difference within this period. The suggested dose is 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals.
Combination Use: Some moms will take one capsule of each product, 3 times daily with meals. If the desired effect is not observed within 72 hours, they will increase the dosage to 2 capsules of each, 3 times daily.
