  • Refund & Return Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@legendairymilk.co.za or 072 899 2707. We will gladly review your concerns and do our best to assist and resolve the issue where possible.

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns. However, in cases where a return is approved, please note that certain fees may apply — specifically courier costs and payment gateway commission fees.

    If a return is accepted, the refund will be processed directly to your South African bank account.


    Exchange Policy

    If you would like to exchange one product for another before your order has been shipped, please contact us at info@legendairymilk.co.za or 072 899 2707.

    Exchanges can only be made for orders that have not yet left our warehouse.


    Shipping Policy

    How Our Shipping Works

    We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa for all online orders. A standard shipping fee applies to every order at checkout.

    Delivery Times

    • Standard Delivery:
      Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
      Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.

    • Express Delivery:
      Express shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00 pm and only to selected locations.
      These orders will be delivered on the next business day.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

    International Delivery

    If you are based in one of South Africa’s neighbouring countries — Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, or Lesotho — please contact us at:
