  • SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

    • What is your refund/return policy?
      If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at info@legendairymilk.co.za or contact us on 072 899 2707. After considering your concerns, we will do our best to assist and resolve these concerns as far as we can. Should we agree on a return, a courier fee might apply. In the case of returns, a refund will be made to your bank account.
    • Do you offer exchanges?
      Should you wish to exchange one product for another, email us at info@legendairymilk.co.za or contact us on 072 899 2707. Exchanges will only be possible for sealed and unopened products that have not been damaged. An additional courier fee might apply.
    • How does your shipping work?
      We offer nationwide delivery for all online orders. A standard shipping fee of R80.00 applies for all online orders below R1500.00. There is no delivery fee for orders above R1500.00. Most of our orders are delivered within 3 working days or less (this excludes weekends and public holidays). A longer delivery time might apply to outlying/ rural areas.

    • Do you offer international delivery?
      If you live in a neighbouring country to South Africa (Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, or Lesotho), email us at info@legendairymilk.co.za or contact us on 072 899 2707 and we will try our best to assist you! If possible, a courier fee will be charged depending on the area where you would like the package to be delivered.     PRIVACY POLICY

    • How and why do you get my personal info?
      Your privacy is important to us, and we will always strive to protect it within all reasonable measures. When purchasing products from our online store, we collect personal information such as your name, delivery address, email address etc. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

      The only third-party services that will collect your information are payment gateways and other payment transaction processors. They collect the relevant information necessary for them to perform the services they provide to us. These third-party services are however entitled to their own privacy policy, and this will determine the information we are required to provide to them for
