Suggested Use: The suggested dose is 2 capsules 3 times daily. Start off on this dosage and when you are happy with the results, slowly start to taper down the dosage according to your breastfeeding needs. 

NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
