Suggested Use: Try one product at a time for at least 7-10 days. You should see a difference within this period. The suggested dose is 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals.
Combination Use: Some moms will take one capsule of each product, 3 times daily with meals. If the desired effect is not observed within 72 hours, they will increase the dosage to 2 capsules of each, 3 times daily.

Milk Machine!
The Milk machine is back (me). The combination of the 2 pills work wonders! I started seeing a difference within 3 to 4 days of using it 2-3x per day. I experienced a dip in my supply due to incorrect pump and stress. I struggled to keep up with my baby's feeding demands. whereas now, I have MORE than enough milk and can even store some in advance, as I live a very busy lifestyle. The Pumping Power Pack is HIGHLY recommended. I have no idea if it's due to the pills but I do experience more energy also when I take it, and random goosebumps. Supply back after serious dip
I almost gave up on my breastfeeding journey. I was 11 months in and had tried everything to get my supply back after it unexpectedly dropped. Herbal supplements were my last resort but I’m sorry they weren’t my first. I went from pumping a mere 20ml to around 70-100ml at a time.

It took a while and dedication of remembering to take them 3x a day, and pumping for every feed. But by the end of the bottle my supply had increased from 60mls to 100mls. I’ll definitely be buying another set.
